Cheers for this one guys - most enjoyable. I actually quite surprised at your feelings that Tyrion was wrong to slap Joffrey as although these days we tend not to hit children - I always thought he deserved it but your amble through the ins and outs of this has made me reconsider. Also a believer that George is loosely basing his story on the Norse mythology of Ragnarok then I have to believe that it was his intention from the beginning for Jaime to lose a hand & as such I see that quote as foreshadowing 🤷. I like the twin quote as support of the 'Tyrion is a Chimera' theory 😄

Love he cast. Weekly listener. Comment on Tyrion’s like to Jon. Despite Tyrion’s advice to Jon about his bastard status, Tyrion doesn’t walk the walk, but Davos does. Makes his onion his sigil, owns his past despite how much he gets it thrown in his face. I think Tyrion would have a lot of respect for Davos, when or if they meet. Keep up the good work!
